If you have already been provided with a session time for your lesson, please selection Option A.
In the ORDER COMMENTS, please list your lesson Date, Day and Start Time to assist us to match this payment to your booking. Paying for your casual lesson in advance secures your booking time and will therefore assist with planning your schedule.
Please note that lesson times are not confirmed until paid for.

When you contact us to schedule your casual lesson, we will have a record of this payment. Pre-payment will enable you to to confirm your lesson at the time of booking.
LESSON SCHEDULING AND REFUNDS: Please note that we will aim to provide a lesson time that suit your preferred availability however, waiting times may apply if you have limited options in your schedule. We will endeavor to provide you with information about last minute cancellations spots via text message/email. DISCLAIMER: paying for a lesson in advance does not guarantee a confirmed lesson at your preferred time. If we have been unable to provide you with a suitable session time within 4 weeks of your payment, we will happily refund your payment in full (less a booking fee of $10).

ATTENDANCE AND FEES
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IF NEEDING TO RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING FOR YOUR CASUAL SINGING LESSON
• If you need to reschedule your casual singing lesson, it will be your responsibility to
contact us using any of the following methods:
* Telephone AASP on (02) 4393 6767
* Send an email to office@aaspeech.com.au
* Reply to the courtesy email reminder (this also goes to office@aaspeech.com.au)
* Send a text message directly to your singing teacher (Todd)
* Tell an AASP staff member face to face (e.g. when onsite at one of our clinics)
If you call our office and we are unable to answer your call please leave us a voicemail.
RESCHEDULE
(MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR LESSON TIME)
If you contact us MORE THAN 24 hours before your casual lesson time, you will be able to reschedule your lesson to another suitable date (or keep your payment as credit) for a RESCHEDULE FEE OF $20.
LATE RESCHEDULE
(LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR LESSON TIME)
If you contact us LESS THAN 24 hours (but more than 1 hour) before your casual lesson time, you will be able to reschedule your lesson to another suitable date (or keep your payment as a credit) for a LATE RESCHEDULE FEE OF 50% of the Lesson Fee.
CANCELLATIONS
: If you choose to cancel your lesson (instead of rescheduling), please note that CASUAL SINGING LESSONS are non-refundable. However, we may permit a transfer of the fee to a family member or close associate (conditions apply).
NON-ATTENDANCE:
If you fail to attend your casual lesson without providing any notice (or if you provide notice after the start of your lesson time), the fee paid is not refundable or transferable.
